    What is involved when you service my boiler?

    We will carry out your boiler service in Essex ,in line with the manufacturers recommendations, so these can vary depending on what boiler you have.

    • A gas tightness test, this is to check the integrity of the gas pipework within your property
    • Check the gas working pressure of appliances and at the meter
    • A combustion analysis will be completed to check the appliance is burning correctly and not leaking any flue gases into your property
    • We will inspect your boiler for any leaks or defects that are present as well as checking the water pressure and topping up if required.
    • Condensing boilers will be cleaned out through the condensate trap, this will prevent any unexpected breakdowns due to a blocked condensate trap.
    • We will check the quality of your system water and offer to top up inhibitor levels if necessary for only £25
